The much anticipated Bills Cafe has finally arrived in Bondi. Now I am not a food expert but I do know Interior Design, so I am delighted to say I was really taken by the simple but sophisticated lines created by Bills #Designer. Its an open plan in which the bar and dining spaces are tied together by a beautiful ply wood ceiling, a low level Architectural plywood storage unit divides the space and creates a generous transit space between dinners and the bar. Chairs tables and leather benches are beautifully balanced and give a warm clean and organic feel. Flowers and a moment of wall hung art create great depth and interesting focal points. On top of all that I just finished my coffee and its great.
