The myriad weathers of Madras. I start from home when the sun is scorching overhead, wearing full sleeved shrug and gloves and socks and sunglasses and the whole set.. Precisely 4 kms from home towards my workplace, rain starts pouring and I remove my raincoat from my mo-ped and wear it and continue riding in the rain... About 5 kms from there, there is no sign of any rain having poured down and the sun is scorching and people riding beside me look at me like Im an alien- wearing rain coat on such a sunny day.. I feel even more miserable thinking about how, when I reach office- another 4 kms away, even the droplets of rain on my raincoat would have evaporated in the heat and people will make fun of me... About half a km before I reach my workplace, I see rain again and people waiting below trees for shelter. I feel proud for wearing a rain coat and reach office, LIKE A BOSS. Such varied weather in different parts of the city!! #suburban_living_problem #myriad_weathers_of_madras
