The naysayers in the Senate will continue to pooh-pooh the idea of global warming as long as their corporate masters insist that they do. Their mains concerns are: garnering large campaign funds; & lining their own pockets. To ask them to consider the effect that inaction will have on our grandchildren & g-grandchildren is an exercise in futility. We need to vote out every one of these self-serving ostriches in order to move forward on meaningful legislation for ameliorating climate change.
