The new Senate majority of Republicans with a courageous leadership with a majority vote can arrest the President...The Sergeant At Arms could be instructed by a vote of the Senate to arrest the President. This presumptive President will double down as he has in the past rather than face the music of his fraud and criminal actions. The courage needed to arrest him will be contingent on a commitment to the Rule of Law on the part of the majority of Senators. I look forward to seeing Democrats repenting of their past errors and joining Republicans in righting this wrong done to the Republic.
