The next Community First Credit Union Inter Schools Culinary Challenge will be held on Friday 9th August 2013 at: TAFE NSW Western Sydney Institute - The Hills College, Baulkham Hills Campus 146-160 Old Northern Road Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 The 2013 Community First Credit Union Inter Schools Culinary Challenge will see Hospitality students representing local high schools prepare and present Pan fried Lamb Rump with ratatouille, black olive tapenade and basil oil which will be demonstrated on the day by local leading chef Chris Starke from Youeni Foodstore. The key focus of this event is on "technical skill" and the ability to present a dish as shown on the day for our panel of industry judges. The winning Hospitality student will walk away with cash prizes with thanks to our corporate sponsors - in particular, Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) and Community First Credit Union.
