The nicest thing was said to me at work today by the man whom advocated for me to be in the kitchen. I felt like I owed him the news first that I was seeking BOH employment at another restaurant... When I told him he said this: I told Terry (our regional GM) that you had a car now and were going to lose her. I replied, Youre not losing me. I am staying. I just need a paycheck. He rallies back with Its okay if you go. Im alright with it. You have the personality and the skill set.
