The one thing that I can be grateful for is the fact that Hurricane Andrew made me become fearless... I figured if I was able to survive such a tragic, devastating, and emotional event, I could and would stand up to anything...... oh yeah as well as the fact that I became an outstanding camper..... had no choice, with no electricity, running water and extreme lack of any sort of modern convenience.... I learned to adapt, overcome, improvise................ and I am still standing....
