The only bathtub in our house is a ridiculously huge whirlpool hot tub thing. The button that turns on the jets is touch sensitive and therefore very easy to engage accidentally. The jets are very loud, too loud to permit a normal conversation while in the bathroom. After a dozen or so mistakes, Arlo decided he would no longer take a bath. But, I PROMISE the jets wont go on this time, I told him, placing a bucket over the button. NO! Get a new bathtub! T his went on for two weeks until I gave him a little lesson on how circuit breakers work. Now no one can use the jets without first visiting the scary part of the basement.
