The other day at the deli, my son Luke was so annoyed that the bagel guy put cream cheese on his bagel instead of the butter that he asked for. The kid ran back to the deli determined to get what he actually ordered. Marky & I trailed behind him. LUKE: Sir, I asked for butter on my bagel, U put cream cheese. I dont like cream cheese. BAGEL GUY: Have u tried bagel w/ cream cheese? LUKE: No. BAGEL GUY: Why u said u dont like it when u havent tried it? LUKE: I dont like it coz its not what I ordered. Please. I wanna have a good breakfast. BAGEL GUY: Oh sorry buddy. Ill make u whatever u want the way u want it. What u want? LUKE: (sees a rack of candies infront of him, smiles) Oooh Sour Patch Candies!!! Thanks! (grabs a bag of candies) Forget the bagel w/ butter. Call it even? BAGEL GUY: Fine. LUKE: (bouncing his way back to the car, the wrong bagel & candies in hand) I win! I win! I win! The little punk ate the entire cream cheese bagel w/ delight. For winning his argument, my little litigator deserved some candy!
