The past few Sundays have seen a series of misfortunes dog our attempts at traditional worship and sacrifices at arboretum. First, we have been surrounded by a deluge of Japanese tourists that make any semblance of tranquility impossible as they snap pictures and peer into our faces as we lie prostrate on the ground. Their loud voices drown out our incantations and the spirits end up not hearing our pleas. Second, the city council has taken to turning up unexpectedly, causing us to leap into the bushes to escape any possible arrests and as we stealthily hide away, they make away with our goats and chicken. Third, fuel costs have become extremely prohibitive and thus make it impossible to continually carry the animals all the way from Kajiado, to Nairobi city. This means that we have to relocate and may have to consider setting up our own shrine. To this effect, i and another adherent are undertaking a visit to the Bomas of Kenya, to get ideas on shrine architecture tomorrow. If any professional architects are out there, kindly inbox me your quotation on how much you would charge to draw us a shrine blue-print. Thanks and best wishes
