The past week, we lost a friend that we really loved and truly admired. No matter how much we all prayed it was cruel joke, when we saw the coffin in front of us, we had no choice but to accept it and mourn our beloved friend, Tesfaye Girma!! He was a person who did so much so soon, a person who has touched so many people in so many ways. He lived his life with such integrity and depth that could not be missed!! I read his memorial page, what everyone says about my friend who I have known since 7th grade, my friend who even then was so matured beyond his years, who clearly had so much in his mind but always was there to give me his wisdom call me out on my mistakes and still managed to give me that shy chuckle of his I when I said something naughty………; I have always loved, admired and respected who he was but I read what all of you say now and I understand more than ever, how his existence had been profound, how all of his struggle was not lost in vain! It makes me love him and feel proud of him more than ever and feel comforted a midst this chaos!! I love you Tefsish, you will always have a corner in my heart decorated with love and respect. I love you, We all love you! I hope you know that!! Rest in PeaceTefsishye my friend!!
