The path of PERSONAL DISCOVERY requires us to LET GO of who we thought we were and embrace who we truly are. For me, this is letting go of my ego that attaches my value to my money, my car, my clothes, my body, my friends, my work, my titles, my accomplishments, and everything else that is EXTERNAL and realize that even if all of those things were gone, I would still be me... But who is that? Who are you really? Who am I? Even when I peel all the things away that I used to define my life by, this divine essence exists and I realize that... I am Love. I am Wisdom. I am Truth. I am Light. I am Eternal. I am good. I am God. And so are you. We cannot truly know ourselves until we know God. Not cerebrally, but intimately, in a way that he penetrates our heart and allows us to see ourselves through His eyes. He knows of our greatness, our potential, our divinity. Anything that tells us we are less than amazing is a lie, and we mock God when we do not honor ourselves as his greatest creation. His sons. His daughters. The heirs to his throne. You and I we were created to be glorious- we are kings and queens, even if we are just in embryo at this time. This is our eternal birthright, our destiny. Even as we trek through the mundane trials of daily living this truth does not change. You are the nobility of the universe. Never forget that. Truly understanding this is where the path of personal discovery really leads. With love and light G
