The penitential period of Lent is here again! O yes! It is a season that calls for reflection, rediscovery, & regeneration. The story of the Prodigal son epitomises the Paschal mystery of Christ & His subsequent glorification & unification with the Father. Hence Christ calls us to journey with Him during the 40 week day of fast & abstinence so as to unite with Him in enjoying His glorification during Easter. As we take up our individual crosses to follow Christ, may our sufferings be united with His vicarious suffering, predisposing us to share in His rising to new life. May we be strengthened by Gods grace to make it through this season, & may we keep each other in prayers as we make this collective spiritual & beneficial journey. We praise you O Christ & we bless you! Because by Your Holy Cross You have redeemed the world!
