The people that lost their lives trying to secure juicy federal jobs, are victims of a bad and dishonest system. Abba Moro, the minister of interior once suspended this very recruitment by the NIS because a cartel was making brisk business from it, for that reason, he said his office would directly oversee the recruitment. Now we have seen how his recruitment was not any better than any other in the past: almost a billion buck was raised and some young, ambitious lives lost. What a pitty!
