The phrase "normal human behavior" has been thrown around in my existence the past couple of days. It bothers me because it suggests that there is one way and only one way to live and make yourself and others happy and like you: This could not be further from the truth. If anyone or group of people are bothering you, upsetting you, or making you mad; the problem is not these people but rather you understanding or interpretation of them and the surrounding situation. If you find yourself upset at someone ask yourself what am i really upset at???? is it the person or what they are saying or even how they are saying it?? Our natural state is happy and at peace. If you are not in one of these states you will constantly find yourself in unease until you face your own self.
