The pipeline travels 40 miles through Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom …. ….Through these 10 towns: Jay, Troy, Newport, Irasburg, Barton, Sutton, Burke, Victory, Lunenburg, Guildhall ….Through these 3 natural resource areas: Victory Basin Wildlife Management Area, Victory State Forest, Willoughby State Forest ….And crosses these 16 bodies of water: Connecticut River, Missisquoi River, Beetle Brook, Ware Brook, Black River, Roaring Brook, Barton River, Annis Brook, Sutton River, Roundy Brook, Passumpsic River (East Branch) , Moose River, Granby Brook, Catsbow Brook, Hudson Brook, Umpire Brook Two Vermonters will be bicycling through your town to discuss the Tar Sands Pipeline which could flow near you. Join them to watch a video and for discussion. All are welcome.
