Therefore, I will work, I will save, I will sacrifice, I will endure, I will fight cheerfully and do my utmost, as if the issue of the whole struggle depended on me alone. This shall be a message to CNRP and CPP, they shall declare as following: We are Khmer must win this war. Therefore, I will work, I will save, I will sacrifice, I will endure, I will fight cheerfully and do my utmost, as if the issue of the whole struggle depended on me alone. And I will serve my people and nation as I have been voted to serve not to lead. I will fight to eradicate poverty, fight against corruption and bring my nation forward. I will put down all my self interests and bring up my nation interest as priority. And I live and die as Khmer.
