The policy of the Cambodian government is clear that every 30 years we have regime change from a democratic docile government to the ultra-nationalist government...any Chinese or Vietnamese immigrants that dont necessarily assimilate into our society and dont appreciate the place where they make a lot of money and live better life and their runaway country will be discarded every 30 years...since we trained them to become professional, doctors, scientists, engineers...etc. But, we wont keep them long if we see them as not so loyal to the state or uphold the civic responsiblity to the Cambodian people. Then, when a new round of 30 years come we will take new Chinese and Vietnamese immigrants in and trained them again and review their characteristics every 30 years again. They are happy to come live in Cambodia because they lack space and freedom of speech at home. In Cambodia, we allow them to be themselves so sometime they just go arrogant when they become prosperous.
