The posted video of a beating on Saturday night on Beale Street is one of the most disgusting things Ive ever seen. Apparently a young man got into a argument with some women on the street and they brought some men into The disagreement which attacked him. But the most disgusting thing as as the young man lay dead in The middle of Beale Street you can see other young black men going in his pocket, taking his shoes out and turning his body over to get in his front pockets. You can even see someone trying to remove his pants. A question also must be asked as to why on Beale Street did it take so long for police response. The video is 4 minutes long and after the beating has taken place. Why didnt the police see the beating and why did he lay on The ground being abused and robbed after death? But the biggest question For us as a people is why have we lost all concern for our fellow man To the point that instead of helping this young man we can stand and watch him beat without intervening and then Rob him , which is greater then the police slow response.
