The president of the Oxford Union has been arrested on suspicion of rape and attempted rape. Ben Sullivan, 21, was woken up this morning by Thames Valley Police officers and taken to an Oxford station for questioning. The history and politics student, in his third year at Christ Church college, Oxford, was released on bail tonight until June 18th, police confirmed. He has yet to be charged.
