Especially when the Central Bank appears not to be sure what to do next. We need clarity, and certainty, to make long-term business decisions. On the flipside however, it will be good for the bond market if Ghana Home Loans issues GHc-debt, except that with loanable funds mostly foreign-sourced, their exposure may be higher, and potentially troubling.
