The production of Soulfire hurts my soul because although I know that no one deserves abuse, the people in my calendar are the reality of that statement. Its not abstract or a black sentence typed into a report. Its the true story of undeserved, uninvited pain inflicted intentionally and the consequences that follow. Sometimes climbing into the trenches is more difficult than climbing out but after a good, solid ugly cry I am happy to report that I feel like Im ready to charge ahead. #hurtmesoul #mentalhealthmoment
