The proliferation of bogus, biased so called news websites is mind-boggling. People are turning to online sources as their primary means for news information. People gravitate toward whatever sources of news best fit their particular biases rather than reading a broad spectrum to discern the facts. Then they pass on unsubstantiated nonsense. It seems some folks want to believe this or that, so they find a news source that confirms their beliefs. An anti-intellectual dumbing-down of America has produced a population that gullibly accepts spoon-fed deception. We have not been conditioned to think critically. Tip: Look at the ads. Follow the money. Most of these sites are money generating machines. Like the National Inquirer, they will say whatever outlandish thing will get you to click. Dont believe everything you read, right or left. Consult multiple reliable sources, especially those that dont exist to bang one ideological or partisan drum.
