The rainbow chard was one of my best sellers last year. Some people werent sure what it was at first or how to cook it (steamed, stir fried with garlic and chilli, in soups and stews, raw in salads and juices). But once theyd tried it they kept coming back for more. I sold out of whatever I took to market pretty much every week. And the plants are still growing away under cover now.
