The real irony is if these so called sports reporters (ha!) had actually done their job properly right at the start of this fiasco when Murray off loaded to Whyte they would not be in the mess that they are right now. At the very least, if the Rangers supporters had been told the truth at the point, I suspect they would have taken more decisive action. The problem was and still is, they were drip fed misinformation by guys like Waddell, Jackson, Traynor, Young et al, who either didnt understand the situation because they didnt do even one minute of research, or, even more worrying, they were in the back pocket of whichever spiv happened to have his nose in the trough at any given time (see Jim Traynor, see Jangles Jackson). Either way, their contribution and complicities cannot be overstated. So, why would anyone listen to them now?
