The real religious rulers of Babylon were women. The cult of Ashtoreth was so powerful that all women belonged to it. The goddess wife of Baal was even more revered than her male counterpart. Even the men of Israel sat back and allowed their wives to bake cakes to the Queen of Heaven. The high priestess of the cult of Ashtoreth held a prominent position in the religious and social life of Babylon. She was considered to be a seer and prophetess. The women of Babylon were held in very high esteem. They actually ruled the kingdom. As the end times approach ever closer, women will take dominant roles in government and business and will control most of the wealth of the world. They will be the leaders in many churches and families. The males will be subjugated and relegated to secondary subservient positions. Women´s Liberation will triumph as it never has before.
