The reason isnt that you dont have time to work out. The reality is that you dont make it a priority. If your health and well-being is actually important to you, you make time for it. When I was going to college and had to juggle work with classes and homework, I got up at four in the morning to go work out. I know someone who comes in to work out on her lunch break almost every day. I know someone else who works two jobs and comes in to work out at almost midnight. You get twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week - you can spare one hour out of three days to get to the gym. Wake up earlier. Go to sleep later. Sneak in for a quick workout during your lunch break. Cut out some TV time. Hit the gym after the kids have gone to sleep or after you drop them off at school. You DO have time - you just have to choose to utilize it.
