The recent move by the members of the national assembly to pass into law the marriage bill has rily sent me thinking n wondering whether this was the most important bill that had to b passed. That to me doesnt make sense to that mwananchi at embomos trying to make ends meet n put a cake of ugali in his/her family. What bothers him most is the reason behind the governments noncomital nature to stabilize the poor n unpredictable cost of their milk n tea leaves. What is even worse is that the government has endavored to create a neocolonial presence n economic insanity.
