The return of Kevin Dunnett Thai Class ! Thai classes on every night of the week from 6pm in Kilmarnock Wossobama Gym from Kev and Davie Bowie The beginners class is non contact, youre not walking into a place where youll get leathered! You punch pads, not faces :) Lets be honest, everyone likes punching & kicking stuff. You get taught exactly what to do from instructors whove trained for years, and their banter isnt bad either! Great for beginners, I know my girls that train are dying to give it a go so come with a mate and pair up and get some stress out by hitting things and learning some real Thai. Im dying to try it myself! Plus who wants to get their cardio done on a treadmill? Last thing you wanna do after a day at work when your boss is a knob, or a day where your husband/wife/partner is bein a douche or the kids are doing your nut in is go for a wee jog. Gads. Boring. Get involved with this!
