The risk of withdraws the capacity of manager(s) or isolating from performing his/her duties and still daily present in premises is adding fuel toward negative business environment. Business is facing multiple problems top management give him/her a chance by not firing him/her to be a loyal staff and in almost all cases this fellow not appreciate that and be the epicenter of distributing negative ‘(i) Firing this person is one of the solution but this staff is working for long time and there is a kind of relation, (ii) transfer him/her to another task may be it work but he still distribute negative, (iii) other solution is give him a salary and let him stay home but not all business can do that, (iiii) working one to one for kind of rehabilitation may working it needs a hard work and it may not working !!!???
