The role is working for a leading manufacturer with presence in multiple countries across Europe. As a member of the R&D team your role will be focussed on improving the reliability of products. The ideal candidate will be analytical with their approach and have experience in testing and route cause analysis. Commutable from: Kidderminster, Droitwich, Stourport, Bewdley, Worcester, Tewksbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Halesowen, Stourbridge Salary: Negotiable Suitable for: Development Engineer, Test Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer The Role Reporting to the Reliability Group Leader you will be recreating faults found in the field, setting up robustness and accelerated lifetime test programs. You will run warning systems for the new products, collate data, identify the route cause, and implement corrective actions. You will liaise with suppliers and customers in the UK and overseas. You will build and design test rigs and create test procedures for appliances from complete product to component level. The Person Educated to degree level you will have excellent problem solving knowledge in the form of 8D, you must be analytical in your approach, advanced in numeracy and have experience in FMEA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high volume manufacturing environment and have excellent practical skills for testing.
