The ruling Botswana Democratic Party, #BDP this weekend launched its parliamentary candidate for Molepolole South, Daniel Kwelagobe with promises of infrastructure developments and job creation for the youth. The Molepolole South candidate was launched by former president, Festus #Mogae who said he was confident that Kwelagobe and his councillors will represent the constituency well. One of the speakers at the launch, parliamentary candidate for Bonnington South, Botsalo #Ntuane said Kwelagobe should be voted back into parliament as he is a social democrat who believes in equal distribution of wealth and the welfare of workers. He dismissed some critics who said #Kwelagobe was too old for parliament saying there are politicians internationally are way older than Kwelagobe. When giving his acceptance speech, Kwelagobe he said once the economy improves they will tackle issues of infrastructure especially in schools and they will look into job creation for the youth. The launch was graced by both former presidents, #Mogae and Sir Ketumile Masire
