The search for the Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) or popularly known as TAYO Awards is the only award-giving body in the Philippines that recognizes and supports the most outstanding groups of young Filipinos in the field of humanitarian service within their respective communities and schools. Started in 2002, this prestigious annual recognition is organized by TAYO Awards Foundation, Inc. (currently headed by its president and now Philippine senator Paulo Benigno Bam Aquino IV) and the NATIONAL YOUTH COMMISSION, and with the support of concerned government agencies and private corporations. As accredited national youth or youth serving organizations under the Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP), they are being prioritized by the search committee upon submission of their respective nominations. The Commission can monitor all their programs and activities, thus, with regular coordination to the NYC, their featured projects have the advantage to be cited by TAYO Awards judges accordingly.
