The serious promise further promote partnership between China and Cambodia, may not better for all of Cambodia poorer middle class, but It could the best for high government member or their group or their party. Because China never care about politic policy, transparency, human right, corruption this communist country provide Loan or Found no need care politic conditional. Chinese personal government never care about human right, mean that Chinese best partner communist CPP only? No balance. :P
