The share of Moroccan living abroad, sent by the company where he works as an engineer in Morocco for an experment in a Moroccan public company (Phosphate). He was totally disappointed by the behavior of managers and their unacceptable to the new person coming from France, as if he wanted to take their place. These "frames" (cadres) so to speake are conspicuons by their absence and there are many who owe their position to Dad and Mum. Morocco is an emerging country the skills are not lacking, unfortunately because of some managers at all levels in this important business in Morocco. The country could not advance as did Taiwan or Korea!
