The signals of flexibility by United States of America towards Iran on the resumption of the negotiations on the nuclear program is considered a positive step of maintaining security and safety in the region. Washington has to realize that Iran is a signatory to the NPT, when the regional countries like Pakistan and Israel are proceeding the nuclear proliferation sans bothering to sign on the treaty. America has to explain that the KSA are providing finance in Pakistans nuclear program, in order to obtain a deadly nuclear device from Islamabad to use it against the regional foe States in Middle East.
