The specialist is going to have Zane do a swallow study and upper GI due to his history of GERD. She is wanting to check to make sure that some of his lung issues arent caused from aspiration. She ordered a lot of labs and chest X-ray and is going to review past studies with the radiologist there. He will be seen in one month and in the meantime is going to have his meds changed a little. We are feeling very hopeful that she is just what he needs to help him. At this point she is referring to it as interstitial lung disease but trying to figure out if its all stemming back from his issues at premature birth. We truly appreciate your prayers!!!
