The stainless steel is up on the ceiling where the cooking area is and I will put it on the walls tomorrow. The FRP panels are up on all of the walls. Tile is finished where the hole was in the floor for the plumbing and Elmer did quite a bit of the plumbing today and we put the new dishwasher and dishwasher table in place and mounted the hand washing sink. Saturday I will finish the stainless on the walls and patch, clean and paint the ceiling. Monday Elmer will be back to hopefully finish and the hood installers will be here to install the hoods, but all of the equipment will be delivered that day.
