The state is fining a Tempe Marketplace bar six-thousand dollars for serving an underage ASU student who turned up dead. Cadillac Ranch must also use devices to scan ages of patrons, and keep ID records for about the next two years. A 19-year-old man was made to leave the bar when it was suspected he was drunk. His body was found last December in the Salt River and police say he drowned. Cadillac Ranch said they had checked IDs and the man used a fake one.
