The story is told of a man condemned by a Spanish court to be shot. The accused being an American citizen and of English birth; the two governments decided to intervene. They declared the Spanish had no right, but the Spaniards proceeded to the firing squad. Before execution the flags; the Stars and Stripes and the Union Jack were wrapped around the accused. Then a verbal warning was once given again with the threat of the powers of two great nations. The man was saved! All of this to say; I was in the same condition in my life as a sinner. Jesus stepped in and wrapped his blood around me and saved me. Thus being a child of God, we are all wrapped in the blood and sheltered by Christ today! Aint God good?
