The surgen came in today and said that they will be putting the permanent vent and the feeding tube in Jimmy around 11:00 a.m. or a little later tomorrow. He said that it will take him about 45 minutes to do so. After that he will return to the ICU. He will have to stay in the hospital a little while longer to make sure that he is doing well with it and to teach me how to properly care for them both. The hospital social worker is getting everything ready for me for when we return home so that I will have the supplies I need and hospice will be resuming their care also. Thank you all for all the prayers. We have truly been blessed. God sent me a few angels yesterday and the day before. These angels have given me the love and care that I have needed. So today with some of that care, I went and bought some groceries for the Anayat house. You see there is a young man and woman that had a baby on the 3rd. And the baby only weighed 3lbs. The baby is in the ICU and this family is struggling. They have to walk the 3 blocks to the hospital several times to day for a visit. Dad cant work because hes here taking care of mom and they dont have the funds for food. So at the Anayat house food is donated from people that just want to help. But the cupbards were bare. So I went to HEB and bought up some food so that they will not be without. Now I know why God put these angels in my life, so that I may help this family is such need. What a blessing!!!!!
