The teenager hit by a Sheriffs patrol car in Spokane Valley last night has been identified as 15 year old Ryan Holyk. Hes in critical condition. Witnesses and officials confirm the deputy had the green light. Witnesses also say the deputy, who was rushing to a domestic violence call, did not have his lights on. The investigation continues. Investigators say that deputy is devastated and will likely be placed on administrative leave.
