Seriously, our athlete base improved on many things across the board, and Im not just saying that, we have the numbers to back it up. However there are some things to work on. To more effectively target your weaknesses, were instituting a custom touch to the lifting portion of some classes. Specifically, well be separating people into Back squat vs Front squat (B or F), and Horizontal press vs Vertical press (H or V). There is a sheet with which you should do near the whiteboard, and its not as complicated as it sounds.
