The thesis of this video (as far as I can tell) is that police officers are people and that they are AFRAID (not cowards, but afraid of loosing life and loved ones). I can really understand this, it makes sense. Police are required to enforce laws they dont fully understand in a zero tolerance fashion and to make matters worse they are taught that if they fail, the entire structure of civilized society fails. What I dont understand is how citizens can say that this does not in return terrify them. I do not and will never advocate for a world without policing, however the way policing is done must change. The fundamental emotion driving the action of policing must be LOVE. It is the duty of our law makers to refine policy or even restructure government to accommodate to this ideal. Some say this is unrealistic, impossible, dilusional. I say if you cannot understand this concept and how it can actually be practically applied, you have no business claiming your heritage as an American. https://youtube/watch?v=8Wxtnt1_WIE
