The third episode of Behind the Mask debuts on CSNCA TONIGHT at 10 p.m. - cross country is one of the highlighted segments. Head coach Helen Lehman-Winters’ success on the cross country course and dynastic rise to five-straight West Coast Conference women’s cross country championships is featured. Building a program takes time, patience, perserverence, and most importantly it takes athletes that share the same vision that we have for our program, remarks Lehman-Winters. That growth from worst to first in the league has translated to competing on the national stage and a mentality of winning at the highest level of competition.
