The three people I nominate today for What I Am Thankful For - TopicsExpress

The three people I nominate today for What I Am Thankful For Challenge are Kimberly Tarbis Pertsch, Sidney Polan, and Myron Katz. Day 5 of What I Am Thankful For Challenge: 1. I am thankful for my mom starting me in Ballet dance class when I was 3 and half years old. I remained a ballet dancer for 16 years of my life taking classes and then getting the opportunity to teach a Pre-Ballet class and Intermediate Jazz Class when I was in high school. I thank Nancy Carter, Mary Marcuzzi Brown, and Timothy James for being great dance instructors! 2. I am thankful for my temple and church families. I enjoy attending services at Bnai Shalom and also attending services at Warehouse 839. My Bnai Shalom family has seen me grow up most of my life and it is a wonderful thing to be able to go to services and then go out to breakfast as a group or talk as a group at the Oneg afterwards or at other occasions. I have enjoyed making friends and doing activities with my church family at Warehouse 839 such as VBS, Monday Night Womens Bible Study Group and being on a bowling team with some friends I met through HUMC as well as meeting for lunches or Potluck dinners. 3. I am thankful for my parents and grandparents sending me to Europe my senior year of high school. I had many great experiences for two weeks getting to see London, England, Edinburgh, Scotland, Amsterdam, Holland, Brussels, Belgium, Cologne Germany, and Paris France. There was so much to see and take in and I am thankful that I got the opportunity to travel abroad. One of my favorites that I would like to go back and spend more time and see again would be Versailles but to be honest all of it would be great to see again! Thanks to Joan Bias Cartmill for being an outstanding high school French teacher who watched over all of us in Europe and guided us so well.
