The tipping point that really bothers us in this race: How is it that Rick Marshalls son-in-law, Michael Horn, is still employed and receiving a full taxpayer-funded salary with full benefits nearly a year after his arrest for multiple felony crimes crimes committed under the color of the authority of the sheriffs office. Almost a year and still no formal charges have been presented to the D.A.s Office. No internal investigation has been completed so that he can be disciplined - an area of the sheriffs office that is controlled by Rick Marshall. Say what you like about him, but this just stinks!
