But as so many people have asked me to help them improve their chest gains here is just one if our secret chest routines that produces phenomenal results. 4 + 2 method for size and strength. Take a set of dumbbells that you can get 4 good but challenging reps with at a 4010 tempo. Do 4 strict reps then immediately after choose a weight that is 20% HAVIER and use a spotter to help you perform 2 8 second negatives. Repeat this for 5 rounds, superset with an upper back rowing exercise to increase your strength further. Complete for 6 workouts and watch your chest size and strength improve so much EVERYONE will notice. PS. We now only have one place remaining on our mens Strength Elite course starting in two weeks.
