We do it better than any other cutting board manufacturer in the world, and we back it up with a promise. Saying that, people are used to having promises broken. We understand human nature to be generally unreliable; its just a fact of life. However when a business fails you, the customer, it burns particularly bad- as it should. Why? Because unlike the distrust of one individual, the customer feels they cannot trust an entire organization. It almost feels as though youre being attacked from all sides. Its a horrible feeling. I think that people are so used to bad customer service that when they interact with Cotton and Dust ®, they seem to not believe us at first.
