The ultimate road test: Cannondale Super Six EVO HM Dura Ace DI2 52cm Here is some cool/interesting information for people to have a look at. Especially as we always get asked...how long should my chain last? Surely my headset should last more than 6 weeks? So, after 10,000 miles in 21 weeks including a trip to Majorca and a trip to the Italian Dolomites, here are the stats. I have also ridden the bike to work everyday and it has been ridden in all weathers but been cleaned and looked after meticulously. The bike is currently running on the following: 4th set of GP4000s tyres 3rd Cannondale spider (50/34) 3rd cassette (11/28) 5th Dura Ace 9000 chain 2nd pair of Dura Ace 11sp jockey wheels 2nd BB30 bottom bracket assembly 2nd crank Axle 3rd Set of Swisstop yellow brake pads 2nd pair of Look keo carbon 2 pedals 2nd pair of DI2 lever hoods 3rd roll of Fizik Microtex tape 2nd front brake cable All of the above come under the wear and tear category and is never covered by manufacturers guarantee. Personally, I never have a problem spending money on bike parts that need replacing due to the fact that I have worn them out. Besides, can you imagine replacing this amount of parts on a high end sports car?? Bikes all the way :-) Quite remarkably, still running on the original headset bearings! I can honestly say, my SuperSix EVO HM has been a joy to ride and from day 1 it has performed flawlessly. To date, the best bike I have owned and comes highly recommended. #runbycyclists Lewis Keightley Primera Sports Limited Cannondale UKCannondale Bicycles
